The machine is equipped with a 4-axis CNC control system consisting of Y1, Y2, X, and R axes. While the Y1–Y2 axes precisely control the ram parallelism, the X and R axes offer high-precision dimensioning with the servo-motorized backgauge system. The Step RK15+ CNC control unit provides the operator with the advantages of easy programming, fast setup, and repeatable bending.

Thanks to the 260 mm stroke and 410 mm throat depth, it allows sheets of different dimensions and forms to be processed easily. The servo-controlled backgauge system ensures high accuracy even in complex bending geometries with its movement capacity of X=750 mm and R=150 mm.

While the manual Promecam top tool holder system makes tool changes fast and safe; the standard bottom tool structure (60x60 mm – V:16 / 22 / 35 / 50) offers a wide variety of applications. High-quality and precise linear scales ensure that axis movements are controlled at the micron level.

Designed with operator safety at the forefront, the machine is offered with a laser beam front safety system as standard. This system protects the operator's hand and body safety at the maximum level during bending and provides a safe working environment compliant with CE norms.
